The routine of processing Russian visas is known as difficult but we
are able to make it smooth. We are a licensed tourist firm and can
issue Russian visa papers for group and individual applications.
This gives us a distinct advantage over all other groups.
1st stage - INFORMATIONWe need to know from you the
following information:
- Your expedition and dates of your trip in Russia (if you want
to spend several additional days, please inform us beforehand,
any extensions of Russian tourist visas in-country are
impossible; however you can order any extended visa from us for
your additional days from us, please inquire).
You can put this information in the body of an email to Andrey
Panin along with the passport scan (see below) to
info@russian-business.ru your passport details. The
best way to do this is to SCAN the relevant page of your
passport and email it directly to Andrey on
info@russian-business.ru or send us a photocopy of
your passport information page (the page with photo) to fax
number +7 495 650-9256 (please always inquire about result of
fax transmission by above e-mail or phones +7 495 699-9461 or +7

2nd stage - APPLICATION
- When you Russian visa papers are ready in Moscow we send them
to you or your group leader by email. You will receive TWO
papers - a voucher and a confirmation (they can be printed on
one page). Both are important for your application. Print them
off. Now add two passport sized photographs of your own.
- Find the nearest Russian Consulate to you. In UK this is
London, in Ireland it is Orwell Road in Dublin. You need to get
the application forms from the Consulate and fill them in. Then
deliver application form, photos, voucher and confirmation and
visa fee to the Consulate. After a week or so you can collect
your passport with the visa inside.
- The visa fee. This is currently £30 for British
citizens applying to Russian Consulates in UK. There are
different rates for other nationalities and in fees in Russian
consulates in different countries. You will need to inquire from
the Consulate. The Consulate will not accept personal cheques.
You are best advised to send a postal order or pay by cash.
- Postal applications. You can expect your visa back in
two weeks time. It can be done in a shorter period, but the
costs are higher. Please check with the Consulate for the costs.
Post your documents off to the consulate and enclose a
self-addressed envelope with the appropriate return postage. You
are advised to use the Special Delivery Service, which
guarantees next day delivery and compensation if the item gets
lost. Recorded delivery is a much cheaper alternative, but you
should be warned that each year a few passports have been
seriously delayed or lost by the Royal Mail and it is difficult
to obtain compensation.
- Application form information.
Some questions need to be answered on the form which we can help
you with. Eg
- Name of department - we will inform you depending on trip
- you are applying for a normal tourist holiday visa

- answer 'yes' to having official insurance policy
- make sure the dates for entry into the country on your visa
form conform exactly with the dates that you can see on your
voucher and confirmation slip

and confirmation slip. If you see an error then inform us
