Airport Arrival

We can arrange all your requirements for arrivals into Russia and transfer to hotels. If you are part of an adventure tour then the cost of this is included in the trip fee.

If you would like us to organise your transfer, hotel and/or Moscow excursions for a weekend break, business visit, or for any other reason then we have the facilities at hand for anything from car to coach to limousine.
A car pick-up will be $50.00 (one way). Contact us for details on group arrivals or VIP facilities.

We can organise your hotel in advance of your arrival and inform you of a wide variety of accommodations from the finest that Moscow has to offer with views over Red Square, to hostels, to out-of-town motels and even accommodation in Terskol for your trip to Elbrus.

The journey from Sheremetevo Airport to Moscow city Centre takes approximately 40 minutes to one hour depending on traffic. By the main road as you enter this spectacular city, the largest in Europe, you will pass the giant memorial commemorating the very spot which the Germans reached during the Second World War, just ten miles from Kremlin, before they were stopped by the Red Army and fierce Russian winter. this is your first experience of the fascinating historical and cultural journey you are about to embark on!

We generally use Hotel Russia, the largest hotel in Europe and Russia with 5000 rooms directly next to the Red Square. Rooms with a Kremlin view attract a surcharge. The rooms can be double or single (for a supplement cost) and do not include breakfast. They are comfortable and modern, with ensuite bathrooms.

Other hotels include the Delta Hotel, slight further from the city centre but right next to the famous Izmailovo Market where you can buy innumerable souvenirs. The Delta was one of four hotels built for the World Olympics.
